Dear Vendor,

This is a cordial invitation to attend our annual fire mechanics school vendor show.  Registration for the 42nd Annual Oregon Fire Apparatus & Emergency Mechanics Association workshop located at Chemeketa Community College in Brooks Oregon is now available. Each year over 100 emergency vehicle technicians and service managers attend our school to obtain valuable training.  This is an incredible way to network with individuals in the emergency vehicle industry, and is the only seminar of its kind in the state.  The 2024 vendor show will coincide with lunch as it did last year.  Set up will begin at 10:00, and the students will be let out of class sometime between 11:30 & 12:00 pm for lunch and the show.  Again this year, classes will not be competing with the vendor show’s schedule.    

The vendor show will be Thursday, March 7^th, and will run from 11:00 to 2:00 pm.  The fee is $50.00 and will cover the cost of a table, 2 chairs, lunch and beverages. Please indicate on the registration slip if you need electricity and an extension cord will be established for your table.  Vehicle displays are encouraged, but space is limited so please list on the registration form.

We are also asking for door prizes, to be collected during the show, for the banquet. There are drawings during the meal, and prizes will be displayed with the vendors contact information, so please include a business card with each item.  Any vendor may attend the banquet that same evening Thursday, March 9^th from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. & cost for the meal is $20.00.
