This is a broadly applicable class that deals with:

Character Traits

Communication Skills

Thinking Skills

Technical Skills

It is designed to educate, entertain, and motivate the students in the areas listed above by asking both “Why,” and “How” questions.

It is interactive, engaging the students to hold a mirror to themselves and evaluate their own performance, not simply concerning their vocation but in all areas of life. It deals with reality and perception and how to develop confidence without arrogance.

We discuss how character underlies everything else,

how to communication more effectively in both principle and practically,

why thinking is a learned skill and how to learn,

and how basic technical skills lead to clarity in dealing with the technical complexity we face in the modern age.

This class is suitable for all members of the fleet technical and management team, the Shop Helper, Technician, Shop Foreman, and Accountant.
