This class was created to allows students to join the Fire Pumps & Accessories class on the Pump Test day only. This class, already in progress will be doing hands on pump testing this day.
This Class follows the NFPA 1911 Standards for Service Tests on Fire Department Apparatus. Hands-on Pump tests will be conducted in the afternoon.
Study materials: NFPA 1911, Standard for the Inspection, Maintenance, Testing, And Retirement of In-Service Automotive Fire Apparatus 2017 edition.
